FROM WHERE I STAND
Such a beautiful sight! It’s hard not to sit and stare as I watch for the river to create magic with its crystal shining tides. The Cottonwood trees, from where I stand, hold the true beauty. The river sways in time with us, knowing where and when to go about; What once was has been destroyed by human beings, brought [about] by careless behavior. Do not mistake the silence of the river for pride, for this river truly holds peace and magic. Evergreen grass and crumply fall leaves create an overall illusion most gracious. This beautiful river is alone and lost, wandering about every which way, Each movement, blissful and bright. – Juanne Giravi
