The Center for Documentary Expression and Art (CDEA) in partnership with the Jordan River Commission (JRC) offers an exciting workshop experience for photographers who want to learn about nature photography along the Jordan River in Salt Lake and Davis counties.
The workshop will combine instruction from noted Jordan River ecologist Dr. Ty Harrison and widely exhibited photographer Kent Miles. We will emphasize developing observational skills and will include an introduction to the natural history of the Jordan River. Students will explore how to create and design powerful visual images of the Jordan River ecosystem.
