Salt Lake Refinery employees invite the community to join them in cleaning up the Chevron Mile section of the Jordan River Trail as part of the “Get to the River Festival”. We will pick up garbage and remove invasive species and weeds. Gloves, garbage grabbers, bags, and shovels will be provided. The clean up will begin in the west parking lot of the SandBar volleyball courts at 680 So Redwood Rd.
The Refinery was proud to support the 2010 construction of the Chevron Mile — connecting the north end of the Legacy Parkway Trail with the south end of the Jordan River Trail. Chevron continues to support the Jordan River Commission in its mission to restore the river corridor.
