Salt Lake City Puncturevine Pull with Tracy Aviary

October 1 at 5:00 pm

Hosted by Tracy Aviary’s Nature Center at Pia Okwai, Salt Lake City Public Lands

We will be joining together to help get rid of puncturevine along the Jordan River Trail! Puncturevine is an invasive plant that is known for shooting off sharp seeds that pop bike tires and hurt paws. By removing them, we can help keep the trail a safer place for everyone.

Puncturevine Pulls are a fun and productive ways to give back to the Jordan River.
Volunteers will help remove this pesky plant, which allows native plants to recover and keeps the trail safe and clear for people and animals.
