The Jordan River Commission is hiring a new Event & Volunteer Manager.
The person hired for this position will support the mission of the Jordan River Commission, which includes the long range planning, coordination and implementation of the Blueprint Jordan River vision and strategic plan through a wide variety of projects, programs and partnerships.
This position helps plan annual Commission events, works with other event organizers to promote the Jordan River Parkway, and helps recruit and direct the conservation and stewardship efforts of thousands of volunteers each year.
You will work with a small but dedicated Commission staff, along with municipal, county, state and federal government leaders and staff across the entire Jordan River Parkway and watershed.
The initial application deadline is March 17, 2024, and screening interviews with the most qualified candidates will be scheduled immediately following the application deadline. The position will remain open until filled.
