Amelia Miller serves as the Administrative, Finance, and Grants Specialist for the Jordan River Commission. She first joined the Commission as the Communications and Outreach Intern, where she developed a deeper appreciation for the Jordan River and the vital role it plays in the community.
A Utah native, Amelia grew up exploring the outdoors and frequently biked the Jordan River Parkway with her family. She recently graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in Operations and Environmental Studies, combining her passion for environmental stewardship with strong organizational and administrative skills.
In her current role, Amelia supports the Commission’s financial operations, grant administration, and day-to-day organizational needs. She is grateful to contribute to an organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the Jordan River watershed while fostering meaningful connections between the river and the communities it serves.
