Audrey Zietz serves as the Communications and Outreach Intern for the Jordan River Commission, bringing a passion for environmental stewardship, community engagement, and sustainability to her work. She recently graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, with an emphasis in Air, Water, and Health, where she developed a deeper understanding of the environmental challenges facing communities and ecosystems.
Audrey is excited to apply her academic background to real-world conservation efforts while gaining hands-on experience in river restoration and community outreach. In her role, she supports communication efforts that help connect people with the Jordan River and highlight opportunities for stewardship, education, and engagement throughout the watershed.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping, and paddleboarding, as well as spending time with friends.
