Autumn Mead

Autumn Mead serves as the Event and Volunteer Intern for the Jordan River Commission, bringing a passion for conservation, community engagement, and sustainable development to her work. She is currently pursuing a degree in City Planning at the University of Utah, where she is developing a deeper understanding of how communities and the built environment can work together to support healthy, connected spaces.

Autumn is passionate about conservation-based work and is excited to contribute to efforts that restore and protect the Jordan River while engaging community members through volunteer opportunities and events. In her role, she supports the coordination of events and volunteer programs that bring people together to care for the river and surrounding watershed.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, hiking, and creating pottery. She loves exploring the connection between creativity, community, and the natural environment.
