You can join Utah’s Hogle Zoo and The Jordan River Commission by joining us for our monthly outings and restoration events that include tree planting, water trail maintenance, and removal of invasive weeds. These are family friendly events and a great way to get outside and become more familiar with our unique and beautiful urban river.

Current Volunteer Projects
Invasive
Removal
Help to restore habitat by removing invasive weeds and reseeding areas with native wildflowers, grasses, and forbs.
Canoe Cleanups
Come help us haul trash out of the river to improve habitat and the health of he river. This project runs March - October.
Parkway Trail Cleanups
Enjoy the trail and help out by picking up litter and debris to maintain the natural area and protect our watershed.
